How to take a business question you have no idea how to answer and cut it into pieces you can. The five moves, what a structure looks like on paper, and one lesson for every paper in the booklet.

How to work a case. Read the prompt once. Spend 60–90 seconds building a structure on the left of the red margin line before you write anything else. Then pick the branch that matters most and drive it. Say your answer out loud before you reveal the marking scheme. Pencil. Palm rejection turns on automatically the moment the stylus touches the page — after that, fingers scroll and only the pen draws. Toggle it in the toolbar if you want to write with a finger. Your ink is saved per case, per sheet, on this device. Add sheets with + SHEET when you run out of room.
