Fourteen days, no questions
If the booklet is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
How to request one
Email team@casestudyinterview.com from the address you signed up with. That is all that is needed – no form, no phone call. Refunds are processed within 5 business days and land back on your original payment method, typically within 5–10 days after that depending on your bank.
After 14 days
We will still read every message. If something is genuinely broken, or the product did not do what this site says it does, write to us and we will make it right regardless of the date.
What a refund does
Access to Papers 02–14 is removed. Paper 01, the method lessons, and everything you have written stay exactly where they are – refunding does not erase your work.
Who processes the payment
Purchases are handled by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your statement. Refunds are issued through Polar. You can contact us directly at the address above and we will arrange it.
